Role Purpose: The purpose of this role, based in Barcelona, is to represent -from a business development and relationship management perspective- to A&H/L in the Catalonia and Balearic regions. He/She will work closely with the respective LOBs BDMs based in Madrid with matrix business report to each of them though a business report to the A&H/L head of Iberia. He/She will further develop the A&H/L business in these regions which is far less than what is deemed to be the right volume as well as to act as first point of contact of brokers, sponsors, partners and clients from the regions. The role is very commercial and mainly sales oriented.
