The core business of the company includes supporting the IT, implementing the most appropriate technology from a wide range of leading vendors and managing the technology infrastructures on their behalf. Functions include but are not limited to: customer problem solving tasks, providing technical support (responding to the level 1 queries by phone and e-mail), verifying whether the problems have been solved and that the customer is satisfied, if the incidence is of a superior level passing it to the level 2 support.
