The District Manager (DM) is responsible for the operational and sales management within the retail business in his/her district. His/her major key result districts are mainly: optimizing continuously the results of her/his district in accordance with the commercial policies of the company, personnel management of the team and development of the competences in her/his teams as well as implementing and ensuring the realisation of the corporate guidelines and procedures in his/her district.
