Requirements: - PhD on Engineering, Physics, Chemistry. - 4-5 years of experience on the specified research field. Main expertise should partially cover: III-V cell technology (cell modelling, manufacturing, testing), thin film deposition technologies with particular insight in vacuum technologies (epitaxial growth techniques and semiconductor layers, vacuum metallisation, anti-reflective layers), experience in pilot-line and industrialisation, thin film and crystalline material characterisation, semiconductor characterisation, optical properties, cell interconnection, receiver design and manufacturing, solar cell characterisation, receiver characterisation, reliability and performance stability testing. - Very fluent in English. - Hiring framed within the European Mobility Programme...
