Financial Lines Junior Underwriter – Transaction Risk Insurance  Description As a Junior Underwriter, based in our Barcelona office, you will form part of a young, dynamic team of professionals that focus on developing our Transaction Risk Insurance (TRI) business. TRI products are one-off, non-renewable policies designed to assist the parties to manage their risk in relation to an M&A transaction. Products include Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), Tax Opinion and Contingent Risk policies.
